Each order will receive tracking information with US postal service via email they provided. 

NOTE: For NOW we are doing preorders so it will take about 1-2 weeks for the shipping to take place since everything is handmade... but its TEMPORARY :)

Orders will be processed usually 24-72 hours of ordering and usually arrive of ordering and usually arrive if in the US within 3-5 days of shipping. 

Holidays and New items releases please expect a delay as everything is handmade and made in house and orders increase greatly.

Perfect Love is not responsible for:

• Delays in USPS or UPS shipping
• International duties or custom charges
• Lost or Damaged or marked delivered items

Please contact USPS or UPS if your package is lost, stolen etc.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your oder we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, clean and in the same condition you received it. Your item needs to have a note attached with either refund request or exchange details.

Once we receive your item we inspect it and notify you on the status of of your refund after inspecting your item. Again item has to be in good, clean, unused condition for it to be eligible for either refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card( or original payment method) - exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we receive the item and inspect it.
